Position Summary

The role of the CSC utilizescustomer service functions to continue communication, availability, information, and resource management navigation to build client- focused relationships. Under the supervision of the Practice Leads, the Client Services Coordinator (CSC) devotes his/her best efforts to growing, building, and maintaining the services of PyxisCare Management.
In conjunction with a Nurse Client Advocate, the CSC supports the coordination of services and benefits for all aspects of a client’s needs (medical, environmental, psycho-social, financial, and legal) with the intention of improving overall health, well-being and to achieve the optimal quality of life for the client.
